Terms and Conditions – Barefoot Bowls Bookings

Bookings for Barefoot Bowls at Campbelltown Bowling Club require a credit card pre-authorisation to secure your booking. Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card. 

Once your card has been verified you will receive a confirmation email containing all reservation details including your booking reference number. If you have ordered platters of food as an add-on, a member of our team will contact you prior to your booking to confirm the time for delivery of food.  

Final payment is made on the day with your Barefoot Bowls host. 

We recommend adding platters of finger food and/or buckets beverages at the time of bookings to get the complete Barefoot Bowls Experience. However, regular food and beverage are available for purchase on the day from our standard menus and bars. Please note that we do not allow you to bring your own food and drinks as we are a licensed venue.  

After discussion with our team you may be able to secure exclusive use of our Beer Garden based on availability. Payment for this area will need to be made over the phone, eft transfer or in person upon prior arrangement. The area is not secured until payment is made.  

All cancellations must be made in writing to barefoot@campbelltownbowlingclub.com.au. Please include your booking details and booking reference number. * Hint* it is easiest to forward us your original booking confirmation email. 

• 48 hours or more prior the booking – the hold on funds on your credit card will be released in full. 
• Less than 48 hours prior the booking – you will be charged the full pre-authorisation amount.  

In the event that your booking is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be contacted by our team as soon as practical. You will be given the option to book another date, just go ahead with the catering component or receive a full refund.  

In accordance with legislation, alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years, or to any person considered to be intoxicated. Campbelltown Bowling Club and its staff reserve the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any persons from the event or the Club’s premises without liability.
